This is why at Pimpinella, we have chosen to embark on a long journey, starting with the renovation, adhering to the principles of green building, using natural materials like lime, wood, iron, stone, and Tuscan terracotta.
We can rely on over 20 kW of solar panels, with corresponding batteries and inverters, to transform the sun’s energy into the energy needed for heat pumps for heating, hot water, and climate control in every environment.
We also invested our resources in a state-of-the-art reverse flame gasification boiler fueled by firewood directly from our forests.
A Wi-Fi network provides all guests with the ability to connect to the internet through satellite antennas.
Finally, for electric cars, we have installed cutting-edge charging stations.
Water is a precious and increasingly rare element. We have created cisterns to collect rainwater from the roofs, which will then be used for irrigating the lawns and our garden.
This green operation is our small contribution to adopting a more conscious and respectful lifestyle towards the environment.
Gli ultimi 1800 metri per arrivare alla Pimpinella sono di strada bianca. La strada non è adatta a macchine sportive molto basse.
Raccomandiamo inoltre di andare a bassa velocità per non disturbare chi abita nelle vicinanze.
The last 1.800 meters to reach Pimpinella are on an unpaved road. This road is not suitable for very low sports cars.
We also recommend driving at a low speed to avoid disturbing local residents.
