Nature lovers can indulge in walks and hikes along CAI-marked trails provided by the Italian Alpine Club, immersed in the woods, where you might catch glimpses of squirrels, deer, roe deer, or hares darting across your path.
For the more adventurous, we offer mountain biking, trekking, and electric bicycles provided by the facility (please book in advance). For those bringing their own bicycles, we have a secure storage and workshop equipped with tools for maintenance.
Less than a kilometer away, we have a beautiful horse riding center, an ideal experience for both adults and children! Moreno, the owner, will be delighted to recommend horses to ride and opportunities for courses and rides within the estate—just ask for details.
Continuing with outdoor activities, we offer the renowned white truffle hunting experience. We have a natural truffle ground recognized by the Tuscany Region, where from October to January, we are blessed with highly fragrant white truffles. By prior arrangement, guests can join truffle hunters and their amazing dogs, and if lucky, enjoy their treasure directly at dinner in our restaurant.
If weather isn't ideal, don't worry. La Pimpinella offers information on our yoga classes, cooking classes for beginners and experienced chefs alike, and to top it off, SPA massages and personalized treatments with natural products to regain harmony, energy, and freshness.
For children, we have numerous dedicated play activities including ping-pong and foosball.
Art enthusiasts will find La Pimpinella an ideal starting point, with renowned Tuscan attractions within a 25 km radius accessible within just over 30 minutes.
A concentration of attractions, museums, art, culture, and gastronomy awaits in Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Radda in Chianti, San Galgano, Greve in Chianti, and even the seaside within an hour's drive.
