Compose your ideal breakfast with a touch of originality: whether continental, American, or traditional Italian, our buffet offers a rich array of flavors made from seasonal and locally sourced products straight from our orchard, along with fragrant homemade pastries.
Indulge in typical Tuscan products, artisan cakes and biscuits, delicious croissants, dairy goodness with milk, yogurt, and cereals, fresh fruits, organic fruit juices, and jams. For those who prefer an American-style breakfast, we offer a selection of local cured meats and cheeses served with fresh bread and rolls, complemented by the inevitable fresh eggs from our hens.
Since we are in Italy, savor the unmistakable aroma of a good cappuccino and fragrant Italian espresso coffee, prepared in various delightful styles.
Upon request, we provide a selection of gluten-free products.

Gli ultimi 1800 metri per arrivare alla Pimpinella sono di strada bianca. La strada non è adatta a macchine sportive molto basse.
Raccomandiamo inoltre di andare a bassa velocità per non disturbare chi abita nelle vicinanze.
The last 1.800 meters to reach Pimpinella are on an unpaved road. This road is not suitable for very low sports cars.
We also recommend driving at a low speed to avoid disturbing local residents.
